We need to
physically fit always. It means fells younger,live longer. Physical fitness
makes a man's good health. Regular exercise is a great part of this. Regular
exercise keeps away you from disease and many other problems. It controlling
your blood pressure and weight. Jogging,walking,running,cycling is a part of
daily exercise. It keeps away you from depression. Exercise generally improves
sleep for most person. You can exercise daily maximum 2 hours or it can be
harmful for your body and health. You need to proper rest or the chance of
stroke and other problems increases. Proper nutrition is the important thing
for your health except exercise .Good diet is a part for physical fitness. You
eat vegetables,fruits,fish,poultry etc.Physical fitness controls cholesterol.
If you suffer in any disease ,you should to take medicine immediately. Daily
exercise is a good habit. You should not smoke after exercise. Because, smoking
causes cancer. So, daily exercise and proper food makes your body physically fit.
