District Health & Family Welfare Samiti, Murshidabad is inviting application from the eligible candidates for 46 posts of Lab Technician, GDMO, Block Account Manager, AFHC (Adolescent Friendly Health Clinic) Counselor and Lady Medical Officer. DISTRICT HEALTH & FAMILY WELFARE SAMITI, MURSHIDABAD IS INVITING APPLICATION FOR 46 POSTS OF LAB TECHNICIAN, GDMO, BLOCK ACCOUNT MANAGER, AFHC (ADOLESCENT FRIENDLY HEALTH CLINIC) COUNSELOR AND LADY MEDICAL OFFICER. LAST DATE — 19/08/2016 (5pm)

1. Lab Technician: 04 Nos. (Gen-02, OBC-01, SC-01)
Educational Qualification: HS (10+2) passed with Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Mathematics & D.M.L.T and computer knowledge.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 01/01/2016.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.9380/- per month.

2. GDMO: 36 Nos. (Gen-19, OBC-08, SC-07, ST-02)
Educational Qualification: MBBS with 01 years compulsory internship and must be registered in West Bengal Medical Council.
Age Limit: Maximum- 62years as on 01/01/2016.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40,000/- per month.

3. Block Account Manager: 01 Nos. (ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Commerce with computer knowledge in MS word, Excel. Power Point, Internet browsing and accounting software (Tally).
Candidates should have at least one year experience in computer accounting preferably in Govt. Sector.
Age Limit: Maximum- 40 years as on 01/01/2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.16,860/- per month.

4. AFHC (Adolescent Friendly Health Clinic) Counselor: 04 Nos. (Gen-02, SC-01, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Psychology/Social work/Anthropology/Human Development and conversant in MS Office.
Desirable: Post Graduate in (MA or M.Sc) in Psychology/Social work/Anthropology/Human Development.
Age Limit: Maximum- 40 years as on 01/01/2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13,560/- per month.

5. Lady Medical Officer: 01 Nos. (Gen-01)
Educational Qualification: MBBS passed knowledge in Gynecology & endocrinology. Preference should be given to those who have DGO or at least house staff ship in G&O.
Age Limit: Maximum-62 years as on 01/01/2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40,000/- per month.

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
