Nutrition And Protein

Nutrition and protein is necessary for physical fitness. Besides exercise we need sufficient nutrition and protein. Protein helps to build blocks of body tissue and also serve as a fuel source. Protein and nutrition as important as daily exercise. Physical fitness makes a man's good health. You need to eat vegetables, fish, poultry etc. for proper protein and nutrition. You need to daily exercise for physically fit. Proper nutrition. Protein and daily exercise keeps away from disease and control cholesterol, blood pressure, sugar etc. WHO describes this. Diet is a big part of physical fitness. There are many types of diets like raw food diet, vegetarian diet, south beach diet etc. Red meat can be unhealthy for your health. Over 30 years avoid red met. Dried fruits are very healthy for your health. A vegan diet could help fight cancer. Fish is the best source for protein and nutrition. Some fish are good sources of omega-3 fatty acids that good for our health. Apples, celery, grapes, potatoes etc. have so much nutrition.

Physical Fitness

We need to physically fit always. It means fells younger,live longer. Physical fitness makes a man's good health. Regular exercise is a great part of this. Regular exercise keeps away you from disease and many other problems. It controlling your blood pressure and weight. Jogging,walking,running,cycling is a part of daily exercise. It keeps away you from depression. Exercise generally improves sleep for most person. You can exercise daily maximum 2 hours or it can be harmful for your body and health. You need to proper rest or the chance of stroke and other problems increases. Proper nutrition is the important thing for your health except exercise .Good diet is a part for physical fitness. You eat vegetables,fruits,fish,poultry etc.Physical fitness controls cholesterol. If you suffer in any disease ,you should to take medicine immediately. Daily exercise is a good habit. You should not smoke after exercise. Because, smoking causes cancer. So, daily exercise and proper food makes your body physically fit.

The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), 10 years for PWD- Un-reserved (UR), 13 years for PWD-OBC(Non-Creamy Layer) and 15 years for PWD-SC/ST candidates. Others, if any – as per Govt. norms.

Candidates’ Selection: The examination will be held in two phases, preliminary and main. Candidates who will qualify in preliminary examination and shortlisted will have to appear for Main examination.

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) will conduct the online examination (Preliminary & Main Examination) in venues across many centres in India tentatively in October/ November 2016. The Centre, venue address, date and time for both preliminary and main examinations and interview shall be intimated in the respective Call Letter.

Application/Intimation Fee: Rs.600 for General and OBC candidates and Rs.100/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
